The nipple reduction surgery is performed under local anesthesia and involves precise removal or reshaping of the nipple tissue to achieve the desired results. Patients who are suitable for a nipple reduction may have enlarged nipples due to pregnancy, aging, or genetics. During the surgery, an incision is made near the nipple-areola junction. This is followed by the removal or reshaping of the skin to create the desired look.
